The role sits at the intersection of investing, capital markets, and strategic execution.Key Responsibilities include Investment Origination & Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with founders, CEOs, investors, bankers, private equity firms, venture funds, family offices, and industry executives. Evaluate new investment opportunities and maintain an active pipeline of potential transactions. Represent the firm in meetings, conferences, and industry events.Investment Underwriting & Diligence: Conduct business, financial, operational, and market diligence on prospective investments. Assess management teams, competitive positioning, industry dynamics, and growth opportunities. Develop investment theses, identify key risks, catalysts, and value drivers.
