Job description

POSITION:  Child Support Clerical Support Caseworker

DEPARTMENT:  Office of the Prosecuting Attorney

SALARY: $39,538

STATUS:  Full-Time

FLSA STATUS:  Exempt

DATES: Position Available 8/3/26

Incumbent serves as a Child Support Clerical Support Caseworker

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file court documents
  • Prepare Income Withholding Orders and National Medical Support Notices
  • Provide front desk/receptionist/file manager coverage when needed
  • Manage calendars and reminders to meet deadlines
  • Assist with special projects to improve office performance

Opportunities for advancement may include establishment, enforcement, interstate, or financial caseworker which would require the management of a caseload.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills and positive team attitude
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including proficiency with telephone, fax, copy machine, and computer
  • Must possess ability to establish priorities, work independently, and work with a high level of organization

Education/Experience

 

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work history is preferred but not required
