Job Title: Digital Rights and Materials Coordinator Location-Type: Onsite 4 days per week in NYC, NY Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-12 Month Contract Compensation Range: $35-45/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role supports the client's new streaming service by managing digital rights licensing and coordinating the preparation of film and media materials for public distribution across digital platforms. Job Summary Locate and contact rights holders to secure permissions for screening works on the client's streaming service Create and execute exhibition contracts for each title, coordinating with the client's general counsel's office as needed Liaise with internal departments to locate and source collection materials for the streaming service Work with external sources to obtain screening materials for the streaming service Collaborate with the content editorial team to build curated collections within the streaming service Partner with the digital product team on feature set development to best represent content inside the streaming service Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience in a streaming environment Excellent relational management, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail Knowledge of historical and contemporary film culture Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications: Experience with customer management systems Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
