Job description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Account Manager to join a client in Fort Worth. The role is with a manufacturing client in the computer hardware industry. This role is 100% onsite at their Fort Worth office. This is a full-time, direct hire role.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as a proactive, customerโ€‘focused partner, managing strategic relationships with key clients
  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Build and maintain longโ€‘term relationships with stakeholders and decisionโ€‘makers
  • Collaborate closely with Program Managers to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Support project coordination efforts and contribute to prospective account development
  • Identify and execute upsell and crossโ€‘sell opportunities to drive account growth
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Monitor account performance and provide dataโ€‘driven insights and recommendations
  • Resolve client issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction and trust
  • Stay current on industry trends and Bay Area market dynamics
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client success, preferably in a technical environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred, but not required
