Job description

Administrative Professional: OnPoint is seeking an energetic, organized, committed professional to fill a full-time Administrative Professional position. The candidate will provide administrative support across all programs at OnPoint.  This candidate's schedule will be 9 am- 5 pm, with the exception of Thursday, which will be 11 am - 7 pm.
PAY RANGE/BENEFIT PACKAGE:
Salary Range: starting at $41,184.00 annually - placement above minimum salary is based on experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  High School diploma or GED
  • One to two years’ relevant training/experience in an office setting required. 
  • HS diploma/GED with 1 year experience in an office setting required.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Problem solving aptitude.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working in a CCBHC or community mental health organization
  • Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/co-occurring disorders/substance use disorders valued.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the agency. 

  • Receive phone calls from clients and the community and direct them appropriately. 

  • Check clients in/out. This responsibility includes scheduling rooms in the electronic medical record system, verifying demographic, financial and insurance information. 

  • Creating Inquires for application for services to assist Access/Crisis team with incoming services request. 

  • Coordination and scheduling transportation for authorized clients. 

  • Provide an agenda and take meeting minutes for other departments within the agency as assigned. 

  • Provide administrative support for a variety of OnPoint programs. 

  • Flexibility to work on a rotation to accommodate OnPoint's evening business hours. 

  • Clerical Supports group emails: processing email requests. 

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
