Job description

MBN Incorporated is seeking a professional delivery driver to deliver time sensitive freight to business and residential customers. MBN Incorporated is contracted by Federal Express Corporation to handle and deliver packages in a timely manner. Packages may include time sensitive material that must be delivered within a certain timeframe, so the candidate must have time management skills. Other skills and requirements for employment are as follows:
-Time management
-Must be friendly and courteous
-Physically capable of entering in and out of vehicle multiple times a day
-Physically capable of handling packages up to 150 lbs.
-Must have 1 year experience commercial driving in last 3 years (5 years in last 10 years)
-Ability to drive and maneuver in a safe manner up to 20 foot step-vans.
-Must be able to pass a DOT physical or currently have a valid DOT Medical Card
-Must be able to pass drug screening (Random drug testing is required throughout employment)
-Must be able to pass an extensive background check and able to pass a MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
All vehicles are equipped with GPS technology, Video Event Data Recorders and all the essential tools needed to perform duties. We are seeking PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS ONLY that are committed to safety and customer service.
This position requires driver to enter and exit vehicle several times a day, a typical day requires the driver to load and sort the vehicle/route they are assigned to that day which may vary. Stop counts can vary daily. PEAK Season (Thanksgiving-Christmas) is mandatory 6 days/week.
- PTO available after 120 days
-401k available after 1 year (4% company match)
- W2 position (NOT 1099)
-Employed by MBN Incorporated (NOT Federal Express Corporation)
- Training starts at $160.00/day for the first 90 days, pay increases are based on performance and safety.
