About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal—and a passion for creating clear, user-friendly documentation. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to produce and maintain high-quality documentation for our products and internal tools.

Responsibilities

•Create, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, release notes, and API references.

•Develop and organize content for both Word-based documents (e.g., reports, manuals) and online documentation portals.

•Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all materials.

•Use Markdown (preferred) and other markup or publishing tools to create and format online documentation.

•Maintain document version control and ensure consistency of tone, terminology, and branding.

•Participate in reviews and continuously improve documentation processes and templates.

Qualifications

•Excellent command of English, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

•Proven experience in creating technical documentation for software, hardware, or technical services.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign and other documentation tools.

•Experience with online documentation platforms such as Confluence, ReadTheDocs, GitBook, or similar.

•Familiarity with Markdown formatting.

•Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.

•Keen curiosity to dig into details of system architecture and understand how things work from a customer perspective by using the system.

•Ability to put yourself in the shoes of your audience and anticipate questions and answers from their perspective.

•Experience with user-centered design methodologies.

•Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Experience

•Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

•Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Markdown-based publishing systems.
