Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position $133,000 - $180,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. About the Role:
Provide information technology support to operate and maintain the online application processing, peer review management and applicant notification system providing critical infrastructure for the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) known as PRIMO (Peer Review Management Online).
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
  • Provide technical leadership and SME support
  • Advises on PRIMO enhancements and O&M priorities
  • Ensure IT capabilities effectively support PRIMO operations
  • Architecture-level .NET/SQL/IIS depth
  • Validates report accuracy and data integrity approaches
  • Advise the project team on system enhancements and best practices

Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience supporting integrated IT systems, preferably PRIMO or similar federal applications

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:Preferred: CISSP or CAP
Other Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
