Job Summary:
Netflix is a leading entertainment company focused on pushing the boundaries of storytelling through innovative technology. They are seeking a Machine Learning Researcher to integrate groundbreaking research into their global production ecosystem and solve critical technical challenges in content production.
Responsibilities:
• Foundational Modeling: Develop and optimize model architectures for image and video generation and editing.
• Data Strategy: Prepare and organize data for training large-scale image and video generation models.
• Large-Scale Training: Implement efficient distributed training and data loading infra to support training on large-scale clusters.
• Evaluation Frameworks: Conduct cross-team evaluations to gather feedback and build representative benchmarks to ensure quality across model outputs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Deep understanding of fundamentals in deep learning, such as Transformers, Diffusion, etc.
• Skilled in data preparation and curation.
• Proven experience in training and inferring large-scale models distributively on large clusters.
