Job description

GM's Largest dealer in New England, Banks Chevrolet, is looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated sales professional to join our online sales team. This is a customer service based sales role in which you will work on-sight at the dealership assisting customers with their online shopping needs. Banks Chevrolet is a family owned company and we are proud to have served Concord, New Hampshire, and all of New England for over 60 years and consistently ranks top GM dealer in the United States by volume for new vehicles, and number one in GM certified pre-owned sales. We welcome all applicants who are interested.
The principal function of an employee in this job is to drive traffic to our dealership. You will do this by fielding incoming internet leads, calls, emails, and text messages. You will be responsible for communicating efficiently and effectively with Bank's customers, assisting them with their online shopping needs, and ultimately setting appointments for the showroom. The work is performed under the direction of the BDC Manager and Assistant Manager. An employee in this job must establish and maintain effective working relationships with the corresponding Sales staff in addition to the customers and potential customers we interact with. As a commission based role, you're earning potential in unlimited and uncapped!
MUST Haves:
  • BDC Experience (minimum 1 year preferred and/or 1 year of automotive sales)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
  • Ability to work flexible hours (we are open 6 days a week, but you will have 5 day work weeks including every other weekend off.
