???? Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN)

As an RN, you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You’ll work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met through individualized care plans.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment
  2. Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress
  3. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
  4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  5. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  7. Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
