• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, developing appropriate and individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique situations and needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with patients online to establish therapeutic relationships, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise to lead therapeutic sessions, both individually and in group formats, addressing a variety of mental health issues.
• Perform ongoing assessments to help gauge patient progress, making modifications to treatment approaches based on patient feedback and observed outcomes.
• Collaborate with other specialists and social service providers when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients.

The patients you will serve include individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health disorders. You will engage with diverse populations, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction challenges. Our focus is on creating lasting relationships with clients, helping them unload emotional burdens while providing the tools for healthier lifestyles.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a keen ability to motivate and engage clients throughout their treatment journey.
• Commitment to using evidence-based practices for substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment.

• At least one year of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling, including understanding co-occurring disorders.
