• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that address specific issues.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, tailored to individuals, families, and groups.
• Work closely with a team of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, relating treatment strategies and progress during interdisciplinary meetings.
• Assist clients in crisis situations by offering immediate support and intervention, employing your skills in de-escalation and risk assessment.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and workshops aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

You will work with clients addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Completed a master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, necessary for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients and effectively communicating within the treatment team.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence, exhibiting a capacity to connect with and support individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Effective organizational and time management skills are essential for maintaining thorough documentation and managing caseloads efficiently.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health diagnoses, particularly in a community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling best practices.
• Background in conducting psychological assessments and treatment planning.
