• Engage with clients through remote counseling sessions, providing support to individuals, couples, and families in a comfortable and secure online environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and track progress towards established goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a spectrum of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues, tailoring approaches to individual client needs.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, employing appropriate interventions to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Provide valuable education to clients regarding mental health conditions, along with coping strategies and available resources to empower them in their journey.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate holistic and integrated care for clients.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Understanding the unique backgrounds and needs of each client will allow you to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships and foster trust.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing counseling services, ideally in a remote or online capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to adeptly navigate client interactions and establish rapport.
