Resource 1:
 
For Search/Track/Combat System Support/Requirements & Modeling work:
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent degree combined with 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience
  • Understanding of radar fundamentals & architecture (Blake chart analysis, signal processing, detection processing, track processing)
  • Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
    • Requirements development & decomposition (tool: DOORS)
    • Model based Systems Engineering (tool: Cameo)
    • System analysis, architecture development, trade studies
  • Demonstrated proficiency C++ or Matlab or Python
  • Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills
  • Active DoD Secret level clearance or higher
Desired Skills
  • Radar systems development experience including signal processing, antenna patterns, detection/tracking/discrimination algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation
  • Experience leading technical teams and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Anti-Aircraft Warfare (AAW) concepts and design considerations
Resource 2:
 
For Transmit & Receive/Calibration work:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent degree combined with 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience
  • Experience in Radar Hardware design for Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA) - (transmit/receive chain analysis, mutual coupling, beam patterns, beamsteering)
  • Experience with Power System and Electronics design
  • Experience with requirements development (tool: DOORS)
  • Experience with analysis tools and test equipment such as Wireshark, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators
  • Demonstrated proficiency C++ or Matlab or Python
  • Lab experience, willing to attend test shots during off hours and work in lab environment
