DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Project Manager who has 4 years of experience in healthcare areas relevant to the tasks defined in this PWS. The Project Manager will lead teams, define project goals, include planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out projects in support of an integrated Health Care System.
REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
BA/BS Degree Healthcare Management or related industry.
4 Years experience in healthcare project management.
Extensive knowledge of composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead teams, define project goals, include planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out projects in support of an integrated Health Care System Develops.
  • Leading and managing activities from start to finish.
  • Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creating timelines, budgets, and project plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Developing and implementing risk management plans.
  • Monitoring and analyzing trial data and progress.
  • Facilitating study team meetings and discussions.
  • Providing training and support to team members.
  • Troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
