Primary Responsibilities
The IT Programmer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems that support organizational operations. This role works closely with business units, IT staff, and end users to translate business needs into functional technology solutions. The IT Programmer ensures system efficiency, data integrity, and security while contributing to the continuous improvement of digital tools and processes.
Job Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field
  • 2-5 years of programming experience
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript or C#
  • Experience with database management systems and SQL queries
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and version control tools
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and web applications
