Description
Apple’s Network Infrastructure is a critical foundation in delivering Apple’s services (such as iCloud, iTunes, Siri, Maps) to billions of customers and its employees. We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager with strong technical acumen, managerial courage & communication abilities to drive cloud network programs. You will use your deep technical knowledge, including effective program/project management skills, to drive various cloud network program schedules and resolve technical issues that enable timely network service delivery to Apple Cloud. Additionally, you will forge strategic relationships with internal & external leadership to influence prioritization, lead issue resolution, communicate status/issues/next steps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.","responsibilities":"Engage with multi-functional EPMs to coordinate, align, and build or support broad programs while managing expectations of various stakeholders.
Develop program management disciplines in terms of tracking commitments, milestones, unblocking technical issues, and handling priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
10 + years of proven experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domains
Exceptional organizational management, project management, and technical savvy
Experience leading Cloud Infrastructure programs.
Experience in the networking domain is a big plus
Experience in prioritizing features and technical roadmaps
Proficiency and experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
Self-motivated and proactive with shown creative and critical thinking capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organization
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous end-to-end infrastructure, technical projects, and partner community comprising various engineering teams and their partners
Minimum Qualifications
Proven skill in presenting to all levels of an organization
Deep experience in software development project/program management, including experience in end-to-end project delivery, building roadmaps through to operational sustainability
Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
Experience in ongoing process improvement
Able to assess & mitigate risk, manage change, and work in a very fast-paced environment
Proficient in MacOS, iPad OS, and iOS
Proficient in common collaboration and efficiency applications (MacOS, iPad OS, iOS, MS Office, Wrike, or equivalent)
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
