Job Overview

Join a dynamic endoscopy team where your skills make a direct impact when and where they're needed most. As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide high-quality, hands-on patient care in a fast-paced procedural environment, supporting safe and efficient GI and GU endoscopic procedures.

This role offers flexibility while allowing you to stay engaged in meaningful, acute procedural nursing. You'll care for patients across the lifespan, supporting their journey from pre-op preparation through procedure and recovery. You'll play a key role in monitoring patients receiving IV moderate sedation and ensuring safe, positive outcomes.

PRN RNs may be scheduled in GI Pre-Op, Procedure Rooms, and Post-Op recovery areas based on departmental needs, making adaptability and teamwork essential.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver direct nursing care in a procedural endoscopy setting as needed
  • Support GI/GU endoscopic procedures from pre-op through recovery
  • Monitor patients receiving IV moderate sedation
  • Assist with endoscopic equipment and procedural setup/flow
  • Provide patient education and reassurance throughout care
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Indiana or compact state

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months–1 year RN experience preferred
  • ACLS and PALS certification preferred
  • Experience in endoscopy, PACU, ICU, or procedural nursing is a plus
