Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in online and offline robot and PLC programming.
  • Experience with equipment installation and troubleshooting electrical control systems.
  • Ability to confirm safety devices and equipment production activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform BPE Machine Seibi tasks.
  • Conduct online and offline robot and PLC programming.
  • Install equipment and confirm Client Body weld standards on new installs and model changes.
  • Ensure all safety devices and equipment production activity in the body weld shop.
  • Travel to NAMC's in North America, primarily supporting plants in KY, Alabama, Mississippi, and Canada.
  • Learn and understand BPE standards, set up equipment, and train NAMC MTCE on new equipment.
  • Assist with production through Start of Production (SOP).
  • Troubleshoot electrical control systems.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualification And Education:

  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, primarily to Mexico and Canada.
