The Order Processing Specialist processes our customer base orders. The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for knowing all three steps of our order processing functions: Qualify, Entry, QC. The Order Processing Specialist performs these functions at a set rate of speed, accuracy and in an organized fashion, as well as working with our distribution partners and customer base when questions arise regarding their orders such as but not limited to price differences, inaccurate addresses, ship via, etc. This communication may happen through a variety of communication channels, including but not limited to: phone, email, and face to face. This person is accountable for providing a World Class Customer Experience. The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for knowing the 80/20 business model and utilizing it throughout daily conversation and must learn to speak to our company mission and vision along with sharing the things that create the 80/20 culture.
