About the Role

We are growing our Private-Party Vehicle Acquisition Team and looking for a motivated, people-oriented professional who is comfortable communicating with customers and managing multiple conversations throughout the day.

In this role, you will connect with private vehicle sellers across online marketplaces, collect key vehicle information, coordinate pricing with dealership management, and work toward scheduling in-store appraisal appointments.

If you have experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, or phone-based sales, you will likely excel in this role.


What You’ll Do
  • Use the VETTX acquisition platform to identify and contact private vehicle sellers on marketplaces like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and AutoTrader

  • Initiate conversations through calls, texts, and online messaging

  • Collect key vehicle information including VIN, mileage, condition, and ownership details

  • Work with dealership management to obtain target ACV pricing

  • Follow up with sellers and work toward scheduling in-store appraisal appointments

  • Keep organized notes and lead updates in the platform

  • Meet daily and monthly activity goals for seller outreach and appointments set
