This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing counselors the flexibility to engage with clients from various locations. While you will work independently, you will also be part of a supportive network of mental health professionals who collaborate regularly. Our outpatient office model means that you will primarily engage with clients via virtual platforms, utilizing advanced telehealth technology to connect meaningfully.

• Conduct detailed Psychosocial Assessments during initial client consultations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health history and current needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include defined therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes for each client.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records and clinical progress notes using our secure online documentation systems.
• Monitor treatment objectives and goals by actively engaging clients in their counseling process and providing ongoing feedback.
• Facilitate continuous communication with clients, as well as family members and other relevant stakeholders, to foster a supportive treatment environment.
• Engage in regular collaboration with peers and the multidisciplinary team to share insights and improve treatment practices.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The emphasis on telehealth means you will reach individuals who may have barriers to traditional in-person therapy, ensuring that all clients gain access to vital resources and support.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• At least two years of experience in a professional counseling capacity.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with an ability to engage clients effectively.
• Competence in using telehealth platforms and online medical record systems for efficient service delivery.

• Experience in a telehealth setting or comfort in utilizing digital communication tools and platforms.
• Previous work with diverse populations and an awareness of cultural competence in mental health.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
