Key Responsibilities:

Coach & Support Teachers - Provide instructional coaching to enhance math instruction, integrate Montessori principles, and align with SC State Standards.
Data-Driven Instruction - Assist teachers in using assessment data to inform instruction and support student success.
Professional Development - Lead engaging professional development sessions, co-teach, and model best practices in mathematics instruction.
Collaborative Lesson Planning - Support teachers in Extended Collaborative Planning Time (ECPT) to develop rigorous, engaging, and integrated math lessons.
Student Engagement - Work with small groups of students as needed to support intervention and enrichment.
Curriculum Development - Ensure alignment with Montessori Scope & Sequence and state standards while incorporating hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences.
School-Wide Math Initiatives - Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement school-wide strategies to foster a strong mathematical foundation for all students.
