Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians to provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and assist with daily health care tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician.

  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories.

  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed.

  • Assist with wound care, catheterizations, and other nursing procedures.

  • Observe patients and report changes in condition to medical staff.

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
