Line cooks require excellent knife skills, knowledge of food safety, and proficiency with kitchen equipment, and soft skills, like strong communication, teamwork, organizational ability, speed, stamina, and attention to detail to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:
