Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics is seeking an entry-level Office Assistant to support daily operations at our Springfield, IL clinic. This role is a good fit for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping with a variety of administrative tasks in a healthcare office setting. The Office Assistant will help with patient paperwork, scanning, filing, data entry, phone support, appointment support, document organization, and other general office responsibilities as needed. This position works closely with clinic staff to help keep the office running smoothly and ensure patients receive professional, timely, and helpful service.
Position Overview
The Office Assistant provides general administrative support to the Springfield clinic team. This is an entry-level onsite role designed to help with day-to-day office needs, patient documentation, and basic front office support.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with scanning, filing, copying, and organizing patient documents
  • Help prepare, sort, and maintain clinic paperwork
  • Perform basic data entry and update patient or office information accurately
  • Answer phones, route calls, and take messages when needed
