Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities / Platform Maintenance and Reliability
  • Monitor and maintain automations and data pipelines built on Google Cloud Functions, Python, Google Apps Script, and AppSheet; identify, diagnose, and resolve failures and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain and enhance internal web applications (React) deployed within the monday.com platform, including their supporting APIs.
  • Perform routine data quality work, including identifying and correcting duplicate records, broken references between boards, and inconsistent status values that affect downstream reporting and billing.
  • Assist with testing, building, and deploying application releases in accordance with established procedures.
Technical Support and Staff Requests
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff technology requests, including board configuration changes, new columns and automations, report requests, permissions adjustments, and data discrepancies; resolve routine requests and elevate complex issues with clear documentation.
  • Develop small internal tools and views in response to recurring operational needs.
  • Support staff onboarding to internal systems and maintain user-facing documentation.
Project Contribution
  • Contribute to the development of new applications, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows under the direction of the IT Director, taking on increasingly independent components over time.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or comparable LLM-based tools) to accelerate development, and validate, test, and safely integrate AI-generated code and content before it reaches production systems.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for systems, automations, and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • One to three years of hands‑on technical experience; relevant internships, bootcamp training with substantive projects, or a demonstrable portfolio will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of at least one general‑purpose programming language (Python or JavaScript preferred) and practical experience working with data through SQL, spreadsheets, or APIs.
  • Experience building or maintaining a web application, automation, or integration.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants and large language model tools (for example Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or ChatGPT/Claude for technical work) as part of building, debugging, or documenting software, and the judgment to review and verify their output.
  • Ability to investigate ambiguous problems independently and communicate findings and recommendations clearly, including to non‑technical staff.
  • Strong written communication skills and a consistent practice of documenting work.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work on‑site at our Long Beach location.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering or building on monday.com or a comparable work management platform.
  • Exposure to Google Cloud Platform or Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience with React, Node.js, or modern front‑end tooling.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another HIPAA‑regulated environment.
