Job Summary:


As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will lead the design and development of critical systems, influence technical strategy, and drive engineering excellence across the team.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Lead technical design discussions and code reviews.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of software development experience.
  • Expertise in technologies (C#, Typescript, React or another SPA framework, SQL).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software systems.
  • Expertise in system architecture and design.
  • Delivers high quality software leveraging expertise and tools such as GitHub copilot
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
