Job description

Point Wild helps customers monitor, manage, and protect against the risks associated with their identities and personal information in a digital world. Backed by WndrCo, Warburg Pincus and General Catalyst, Point Wild is dedicated to creating the world's most comprehensive portfolio of industry-leading cybersecurity solutions. Our vision is to become THE go-to resource for every cyber protection need individuals may face - today and in the future.
Join us for the ride!
About the Role
CyEx is seeking a Cyber Incident/Data Breach Sales Leader to own end-to-end channel relationships across our incident response and class action services portfolio - reporting into senior sales leadership within a collaborative, fast-moving team built for urgency. This individual brings established relationships inside the cyber insurance carrier and breach coach law firm ecosystem and is ready to convert those relationships into a high-performing revenue channel. The role is open as CyEx scales its go-to-market presence to match a rapidly expanding book of breach response engagements.
What You'll Do
  • Drive sales channel development by cultivating and closing relationships with cyber insurance carriers, breach coach law firms, and national legal partnerships across the incident response ecosystem
  • Build a secondary network of data forensic and e-discovery service providers to expand referral pipelines and deepen CyEx's position in the broader breach response supply chain
  • Sell CyEx's full suite of monitoring, remediation, notification, and call center services to channel partners spanning data breach incident response and class action engagements
  • Manage active accounts with precision - overseeing client success, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities from initial engagement through resolution
  • Develop and execute channel strategy, translating market intelligence and partner feedback into actionable go-to-market plans
  • Operate with discipline in time-sensitive breach environments, balancing multiple active opportunities and partner relationships without sacrificing responsiveness or quality

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of direct experience at a national law firm, settlement administrator, cyber insurer, cyber insurance broker, or incident response firm in a role tied to data breach event services
  • Demonstrated track record in direct sales, account management, or client success with measurable revenue or retention outcomes
  • Established relationships with cyber insurance carrier teams and/or breach coach law firms that are portable and ready to activate
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, accounts, or projects within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Bonus Points
  • Experience working alongside data forensic or e-discovery providers in a breach response context
  • Familiarity with class action settlement administration processes and the law firm relationships that drive them
