Your Responsibilities as a CSR
As a Glass Doctor CSR, you are a vital part of our
team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while
showing off your solid customer service skills.
Here's what you'll do:
• Receives incoming calls in a
professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and
collects/verifies contact information.
• Enter all relevant customer
information into the point-of-sale system
. Sets appointments for flat projects to
promptly close the sale.
• Assist Auto Glass Customers using open
ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about
the vehicle.
• Promptly responds to email requests to
secure the opportunity.
• Collect payment from customers for the
work performed.

Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements to be
considered for the CSR position at Glass Doctor:
• One year or more of customer service experience preferred
. Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen.
• Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.
• Outstanding phone skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
