Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative in this role will be responsible for answering customer calls, entering orders and solving customer problems.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to paid leave, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance and a starting salary of $16.00/hour - $22.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Location:
Springfield, IL (work from office)
We are looking for a friendly and hard-working individual to join our growing Contract and Supply team.
Candidates should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment.
Contract and Supply Team Associate duties:
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner
  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs
  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer quicky
  • Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner
  • Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed
  • Identify potential leads and forward to sales reps
  • Check voicemail inboxes, return calls in a timely manner
  • Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service
  • Follow up with callers on complaint and/or question resolution status
  • Collaborate with immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
  • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
  • Perform each duty above with our customers’ satisfaction as your number one priority
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education:
· HS Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred
· At least one year of customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
