Job description

Best of both world where you are not just sitting behind a desk all day! Based at Nelson Airport,we have a part time, permanent positions available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work.

We are looking to fill the following shift:

25 hours per week working Monday to Friday, from 7.30 - 13.00 each day.

About the Role

As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.

What we are looking for:

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role.

  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.

  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
