Pay: $21–$24/hr+ DOE
Sunday - Thursday, 7am – 3:30pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our logistics team in SeaTac, WA. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing cargo shipments, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  • Quote, book, and track domestic and international shipments.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and other departments to handle shipments efficiently.
  • Assist the sales team in resolving customer issues, identifying opportunities, and supporting retention efforts.
  • Assign and delegate tasks to maximize team productivity and departmental efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Work independently or as part of a team as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in logistics, air freight, or export is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
  • Eligible to pass TSA background check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
