What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Welcome Customers:ย Check customers in for service appointments with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Keep Customers Informed: Assist service advisors by updating customers on the status of their vehicles ensuring they feel informed and cared for throughout their service experience.
  • Handle Transactions:ย Manage cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism, helping customers with payments and questions.
  • Be the Voice of Service:ย Answer incoming service department phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide Exceptional Greeting:ย Greet customers in the dealership with a smile, creating a positive first impression that reflects our commitment to customer care.
  • Support the Team:ย Assist with various clerical duties to help keep our service department running smoothly.
