Catalog Specialist

As a key part of the Web Strategy team, the Catalog Specialist will possess in-depth knowledge and experience with online catalog and content management systems involving large, structured data sets. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of ecommerce workflow (catalog and inventory management) as well as in-depth knowledge of automotive aces & pies. This role will require an understanding of the importance of Fitment as relating to products fitting specific vehicles.This is a Remote or Hybrid role.

 Responsibilities

  • Add, update, and organize products, categories and catalogs based on product performance. Regularly audit product information for accuracy
  • Monitor and maintain consistency in catalog listings and product data for all e-commerce channels to be in line with Lippert brand standards, technical specifications, and compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Manage inventory and availability when applicable; assist in the transition of product change notices or product obsolescence for these channels; and manage digital merchandising requirements per channel
  • New Product setup by gathering data and communicating information to other departments, as necessary. Includes warehouse setup in ShipperHQ, as needed
  • Ensure accuracy of all creative assets, linking, promotions and product attribution for the site
  • Collaborate on maintaining, managing & promoting cross-category e-commerce site
  • Provide product and application information to internal and external customer requests
  • Export and update Product application guides from PIM

Travel:

Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. Automotive Content Professional (ACP) designation
  2. Knowledge of PIM’s Salsify and Cellacore Product Desk.
  3. Knowledge of Magento
  4. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree

Work Authorization/Security Clearance 

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
