• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, mental health history, and present challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals, incorporating evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's situation.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance skills and introduce innovative practices to the clinic.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Crestwood, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health difficulties. Our focus includes trauma survivors, individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, and those coping with life transitions. By empowering clients with the tools and strategies they need for emotional resilience, you will significantly contribute to their journey toward recovery.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with peers.
• A demonstrated empathetic and compassionate approach to counseling, maintaining a non-judgmental atmosphere.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload efficiently.

• Previous experience providing therapy in telehealth settings is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health diagnoses.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy is a plus.
