  • Monday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Compensation

What You'll Do
As a key member of our clinical team, you'll partner closely with our doctors to deliver exceptional care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist providers using four-handed dentistry techniques
  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for a variety of procedures
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
  • Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards
  • Provide patient education before, during, and after treatment
  • Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions as permitted by licensure
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records
  • Support efficient patient flow while delivering an exceptional patient experience
  • Collaborate with providers, hygienists, and front office team members to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications
  • Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards
  • Experience with digital radiography and dental software
  • Coronal polishing and other expanded functions preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous chairside dental assisting experience preferred
