As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will have a vital role in caring for each patient like they are your family, no production goals or sales quotas are required in our practice. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy using four handed dentistry techniques
  • Conduct patient assessments to include medical history review, creating an individual treatment plan for each pt.
  • Patient education, tailored oral hygiene techniques, personalized care
  • Utilize Open Dental software for documentation and medical records management
  • Collaborate with the dental team

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations
  • Current CPR
  • OSHA/HIPAA/Radiology knowledge, training

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and general dentistry practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Ability to handle infection control measures/aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for providing outstanding patient care
  • Works well with patients of all ages

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Small private dental office, 5 operatories-each provider has own operatory suite
  • All adult patients are scheduled for one hour appointments
  • On site laundry facility, scrubs laundered here!
