About the Job: The Outside Sales Representative at Ironclad Environmental Solutions will drive revenue growth with new and existing accounts. Join a division set for rapid expansion over the next five years and advance your sales career. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and following up on referrals, while setting appointments and delivering sales presentations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific requirements, including proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. Lead solution development to meet customer needs, coordinating with necessary team members.
• Offer technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites. Collaborate with Branch and Regional Management to create annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue goals.
• Interpret blueprints and CADD documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain customer records and document interactions and opportunities in CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
• 4+ years' sales experience OR a bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years' sales experience
• Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
• Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment which includes working underneath equipment and exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials
• Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals
• Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills
• Strong construction or mechanical aptitude preferred
• Preferred experience in Industrial Tank Box, Filtration and either Petrochemical, Construction, Mining or Oil & Gas fluid and solid management
• Valid Driver's License
• Up to 10% overnight travel required
