Available schedules:  Full-time, part-time

Available Shifts:  Days, evenings, and nights (8 hour shifts)

***$7500 Sign-On Bonus*** for full-time evening/night. Sign-on bonus pro-rated for part-time evening/night.

Position: Blood Bank Technologist

Shift length:  8 hours

Holiday/Weekend Requirement:  One weekend per month plus one winter and one summer holiday

Experience:
1. Previous Clinical Laboratory Scientist experience is preferred
2. Skills necessary to perform procedures in the Laboratory Procedures manual include specimen processing, test performance, and reporting of test results.
3. Ability to distinguish color differences
4. Ability to troubleshoot instrument problems
5. Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is required. Graduation from an approved Clinical Laboratory Scientist program or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associates Degree or equivalent education may be acceptable provided it meets the grandfather clause set forth by CLIA. Will consider candidates with Associate's degree for Blood Bank Technician roles! 
Licensures/Certifications: .
MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred
