Position Overview:
As an Oncology Specialist Pharmacist, you will play an essential role in our multidisciplinary care team. You will provide expert pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, guiding safe and effective medication management to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes. Working closely with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you'll help optimize chemotherapy regimens, manage side effects, and offer invaluable education on drug therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
