• Shifts needed to be filled:
-Mar 4 - 31
-Apr 1-30
-May 1 -31
-June 1 - 30
-Jul 1-31
-Aug 1 -31
• Shift Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
• Patient Volume: 15-20 per day
• Admissions:15-20 (to Coordinate with Hospitalists)
• Support Staff:
-1 Clinic RN,2 Medical Assistants,2 Front Office Clerks,1 Quality Analyst/Billing Specialist,10 Infusion RNs
• Case Mix: Oncology/Hematology, All tumor types
• Procedures & Duties:
-Diagnose, stage, and manage hematology and oncology conditions
-Provide precision medicine-based treatment planning
-Manage symptoms and oversee treatment for hematology/oncology patients
-Provide physician oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services
-Remain onsite in the Infusion Center during treatments
-Coordinate care with ER physicians
-Chemotherapy administration
-Immunotherapy treatments
-Blood and platelet transfusions
-Hormone therapy
-Antibiotic therapy
-Rheumatoid arthritis injections
-Therapeutic phlebotomies
