Beatrice Loving Heart is looking for experienced individuals with a passion for working with new Team Members and ensuring a pleasant onboarding experience. Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable and experienced in implementing onboarding processes that are effective.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for working as a supervisor for the Onboarding Team in keeping with the organization's mission, vision, values, and philosophy
  • Works with the Onboarding Team to train all new Team Members
  • Ensures each new Team Members receives the appropriate level of support and guidance to create an exemplary onboarding experience.
  • Manages high-volume onboarding contingency tracker and develops strategies to create better systems when needed.
  • Works in close partnership with other HR team members to ensure a seamless delivery of onboarding services and optimization of successful hires for the organization.
  • Schedule, confirm, coordinate, and monitor all New Team Member training
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop and implement recommended solutions for onboarding contingencies and other related onboarding duties.
  • Supports the Agency by organizing and maintaining appropriate documentation to ensure confidentiality and inform appropriate HR team members when needed.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices as it pertains to recruitment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, hospitality management, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of at least 2 years onboarding or any relevant experience
  • Ensures that all New Team Member training documents are updated and maintain a detailed record of all training
  • Works diligently and proactively to resolve all onboarding related situations; and, continuously explores ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in the English language
  • Incredible focus on superior customer service to internal and external clients and an innate desire to go above and beyond to achieve excellence
  • Strong problem-solving ability and tenacious follow-up skills
  • Ability to accurately and articulately document information; extraordinary attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
  • Ability to plan and organize self and work in order to achieve objectives and targets; is determined to deliver outcomes and is able to overcome obstacles in order to move forward. Accountable for the delivery of outcomes strives to meet and exceed the expectations of customers.
