Job description

Role Summary:

Our Onboarding Specialists are responsible for the training and stewardship of new restaurant partners to inKind's platform. Ensuring a smooth product implementation and configuration helps set our partners up for success. The Onboarding Specialist will learn the restaurant's business goals and teach partners how to utilize inKind in a simple and effective way, acting as the main point of contact for our restaurant partner's inquiries, issues, and feedback during the launch cycle.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 

  • Coordinate the onboarding and training of Restaurant Partners to inKind's platform 
  • Manage personal queue of new projects, new location requests, and maintenance requests
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the implementation of inKind's Restaurant Partner products and services 
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to refine existing processes pertaining to the partner experience
  • Build relationships with external inKind partners to improve our implementation process for users

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 1 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with team collaboration and presentation tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Cordial, Keynote, etc.
  • Experience with project management, account portfolio planning, and/or prioritization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities/clients
  • Experience working in a training or operational capacity is a plus

Work Environment:

  • The candidate in this position will be primarily located in an office environment and be exposed to lighting, temperature, and noise level conditions typical of that environment
  • This position is primarily in-person, with an expectation of in-person work at the physical office location in Austin, Texas
