Ensuring a smooth product implementation and configuration helps set our partners up for success. The Onboarding Specialist will learn the restaurant's business goals and teach partners how to utilize inKind in a simple and effective way, acting as the main point of contact for our restaurant partner's inquiries, issues, and feedback during the launch cycle.
