This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the face of the company, building relationships with new team members, and finding innovative ways to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assist with new hire paperwork, including verifying employment eligibility and processing background checks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment across various roles.
  • Proactive with strong independent judgment and initiative.
  • Develop and interpret company-wide policies related to recruiting.
  • Make informed decisions regarding hiring, including reviewing applications, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure the full-cycle recruitment process—including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for all departments—runs smoothly and accurately.

  • Experience as an onboarding specialist or a similar role in Human Resources.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred.

Working Environment

Work is performed in an office setting with ability to speak and receive phone communications often. Walking from place to place within the office; bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for up to 2 hours; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds such as small office equipment, files, stacks of paper, reference, and other materials.
