Job description

Our very successful client is one of the leaders in providing businesses with digital transformation services globally. Operating in various markets, including USA, they are now looking for an experienced, dynamic and intuitive person to join them as an Onboarding Specialist within their Talent Acquisition Team, a group of energetic and hard-working individuals. Onboarding Specialists get to:
  • Keep things running: Coordinate with new hires, Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our new hires
  • Take the lead: Oversee all pre-employment activities for 50+ new hires weekly
  • Support the team: Streamline logistics associated with all aspects of onboarding

Must-Haves
  • Must be able to work onsite at their Rochester office (Henrietta)
  • Candidate onboarding / HR and / or recruiting coordination experience is preferred - major plus for those with experience on-boarding remote / WAH hires!
  • Experience with high-volume hiring (managing new hire employment verification, background checks, etc.)
  • Experience utilizing/navigating within an Applicant Tracking System is strongly preferred
  • Excellent soft skills is a must - Excel / Smartsheet experience is preferred (we operate in a paperless environment)

Nice-To-Haves
  • Taleo experience is preferred
  • Coming from a BPO / Contact center or even a staffing agency would be desirable
