Summary:

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for client support within the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program team. You will support and collaborate across Vizient Nursing Programs to maintain program resources, coordinate communications, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update program websites, online resources, and client-facing materials to ensure information is accurate and current.

  • Create, organize, and maintain internal and external program documents, templates, and resource libraries.

  • Develop and distribute communications for clients and internal stakeholders, including announcements, program updates, and informational materials.

  • Support client onboarding by coordinating welcome communications, setting up organizations in program databases, and facilitating handoffs to team members for program implementation.

  • Maintain accurate program records and databases to support client services and operational activities.

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support, escalating questions to appropriate team members as needed.

  • Collaborate across Vizient Nursing Programs to ensure alignment, share information, and support integrated client services.

  • Partner with the web content team to update program webpages, event information, and marketing materials.

  • Support continuing education planning by maintaining planning documentation, collecting speaker biographical information and disclosures, coordinating travel, and assisting with meeting logistics.

  • Assist with operational processes, including maintaining client records and supporting administrative activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • Two or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience supporting clients, customers, or stakeholders in a professional environment preferred.

  • Experience with website content management, document maintenance, or program coordination preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail required.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and solve problems effectively.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
