Overview

We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Project Manager to support client accounts with clear communication, strong planning, and day-to-day project delivery.

You’ll manage onboarding projects from start to finish. You’ll work with clients and internal teams to keep work moving, solve issues early, and make sure every project meets the agreed brief. You’ll also support technical implementation and help turn plans into action.

  • Lead client onboarding projects and keep them on track.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, tasks, and project updates.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to share progress and remove blockers.
  • Give practical advice and help solve problems quickly.
  • Review briefs, drafts, edits, and final work to make sure it’s accurate and complete.
  • Handle proofreading, print checks, and production coordination when needed.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Support the quality and consistency of all project work.
  • Use your technical implementation skills to help projects run smoothly.
  • Use your client service skills to create a positive experience for every account.

About You
  • You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
  • You have proven project management experience.
  • You’re highly organized and can handle several tasks at once.
  • You work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office and other common business tools.
  • You have strong writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills.
  • You’re comfortable working with both technical details and client needs.
  • You communicate clearly and build trust with others.
  • You enjoy finding workable solutions.
  • CPD is a plus, and it’s great if you keep building your skills.
