'On Training' positions refer to job roles where individuals are actively participating in a structured training program as part of their employment. These roles are typically designed for new hires, interns, or employees transitioning to a new position within a company. The goal is to help individuals gain the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience required for the job. On Training employees often work under supervision, receive guidance, and may have assessments to track their progress.
